Sanjay Kumar Sahoo is an accomplished security and administration professional with over 26 years of experience across the Indian Navy and the corporate sector. A former Indian Navy professional with 15 years of military service, he brings strong expertise in security management, loss prevention, facility management, administration, investigations, crisis management and strategic planning.
During his naval career, he developed extensive experience in operational leadership, personnel management, security operations and emergency response. After transitioning to the corporate sector, he successfully handled security and loss-prevention responsibilities with leading organisations including Infosys, Reliance Jio, JSW Steel and Rungta Steel.
His expertise includes Integrated Security Risk Management, Physical & Electronic Security, CCTV & Surveillance, Access Control, Loss Prevention, Investigation, Business Continuity & Crisis Management, Asset Protection, Security Audits.
He holds a Master's Degree in Management (Finance & Control) and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration. He is also trained in specialised maritime and security disciplines, including PSSR, PST, FPFF and EFA, and is certified in Disaster Management.
Currently, he brings his extensive military and corporate leadership experience to senior-level responsibilities in security, administration, facility management and strategic operations, with a strong focus on operational excellence, risk reduction and organisational security.
